What is included in my ticket?
Your ticket includes access to the Conference and Expo Hall, as well as to our opening night event on September 30th.I am no longer able to attend. What is your cancellation or refund policy?
As per our Cancellation Policy, LendIt Fintech always offers the option of transferring your ticket (within the next 12 months) to another LendIt Fintech event or to a colleague (at least 5 business days prior to the event).I am attending on behalf of a LendIt Fintech sponsor, how do I register?
The sponsoring company you represent was sent registration instructions. Please follow up with the respective team member of the sponsoring company for further instructions.I am already registered but discovered a new promotional discount, can I apply this?
Any promotional codes received, passed the point of registration, cannot be used retroactively.Is there a special rate for attending only certain days of the conference?
Your tickets provide you access to all days of the event. We do not offer one-day passes however, the days you wish to attend are up to your discretion.Are there complimentary tickets available for particular types of attendees?
We do offer special discounted pricing for certain attendees including students, government agencies, startups and others. To apply for special pricing, please see the Registration page or email firstname.lastname@example.org.Do you ever sell out of tickets?
We do not sell out of tickets however, the earlier you register the lower the ticket price. Also those who register early are given updates for networking opportunities and early access to our agenda.I need an Invoice of my registration for my accounting department, where can I find that?
You may print your own invoice by clicking through your confirmation email and going to "Modify my Registration". Once you are there you will see a button that says "Print your Invoice".I need to utilize an alternative payment method. Can LendIt Fintech accommodate invoices or wires?

Unfortunately, the pass you purchased is useable by only one ticket holder. Swapping of passes between conference days is not permitted as it is a security and identity matter.I can no longer attend, can I transfer my pass to a colleague?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to a colleague or business partner. All ticket transfer requests must be submitted in writing 5 business days before the event to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that this ticket is only available for one person to use. You cannot transfer passes after the conference has already started.Badge & Bracelet Policy
By registering for this event you hereby agree to our Badge & Bracelet policy. If you should lose/break your bracelet or your badge, you will be charged a replacement fee of $150. If you should lose your badge and your bracelet, you will be charged the full price of our standard ticket, $2,995.

LendIt Fintech USA 2020 will take place from September 30th - October 1st at the Jacob K. Javits Center in New York City. You can find more information on the location of our venues by going to our Venue page.Is there a shuttle from local airports/train terminals/hotels to the event?
We do not provide transportation services to the Javits Center. We have room-blocks at discounted rates at seven nearby hotels. If you live in NYC, or the surrounding area, our location is easily accessible using the MTA, LIRR, New Jersey Transit, Metro-North, PATH, as well as by bike or by car.Where can I find hotel recommendations and block rates?

We can accomodate most dietary restrictions. In the registration process we ask for your dietary restrictions and allergy details, which are taken into consideration when planning the catering for our events. If you believe you may have forgotten to notify us during the registration process, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, that way we can notify our catering vendor of any potential requests.Does LendIt assist with invitation letters for those who need a visa to travel and attend?

We do not allow professional crews to record or photograph unless they have been screened and approved by the LendIt Team. However, filming and photography with an attendees personal electronic device (such as cell-phone, tablet or handheld device) is allowed as long as one refrains from utilizing flash or disrupting the experience of the speaker and fellow delegates.How can I best network at the event?
We have plenty of support for your networking with colleagues, customer prospects, investors, and experts. Networking opportunities include a mobile app with meeting scheduling; dedicated tables for meetings; event VIP support for arranging 1-on-1's, and "power hours" between sessions each morning and afternoon.Where can I access the Attendee List?

In order to visit the trade show floor, a ticket must be purchased to our event; there are no "expo only" passes. We encourage all delegates to visit our expo floor as it is an excellent place for networking and building relationships with your peers.I'd like to propose a speaker/topic for LendIt's events. The mobile app for LendIt Fintech USA 2020 has yet to be released, however once it is launched, all registered attendees will receive instructions on how to download and log-in.I am having trouble logging into the mobile app.

What additional precautions will LendIt Fintech take to keep our show, and you, safe?
Will LendIt offer refunds related to Coronavirus?
- We will install 70 hand-sanitizing stations throughout the event
- We will propose a no handshake policy
- We will increase the cleaning of high-volume, high-touch areas, including paper towel dispensers, vanity tops, counters and door handles
- We will employ a team of specially-trained medical professionals including a doctor, nurses and EMTs on site during all open event hours. These health providers will be specially trained in the identification and evaluation of symptoms
- We will continue to monitor the situation closely and modify our policies based on recommendations from the Javits Center, NY & Co and The Governor's Office
As per our Cancellation Policy, LendIt Fintech always offers the option of transferring your ticket to another LendIt Fintech event (within the next 12 months) or to a colleague (at least 5 business days prior to the event).
We will also issue a full refund (less a 15% charge for administrative processing) to registrants unable to participate at the May 2020 event for the following reasons:
- Government-issued travel restrictions still in effect as of September 15, 2020
- Illness documented by an official doctor’s note
- Mandatory quarantine or isolation order for the registrant (evidenced by documentation), or for the registrant’s place of residence, either of which is still in effect as of May 1, 2020
- Inability to attend due to an obligation to care for a family member with COVID-19 (evidenced by documentation)
- Company-mandated travel restrictions still in effect as of September 15, 2020 will be evaluated on a case by case basis
