Tom Ferro serves as a senior vice president of product intelligence for Bank of America’s Consumer and Small Business Products organization. His focus is on providing strategic decision-making support in Small Business Lending. Tom’s main responsibilities include providing analysis of Small Business Loans and Lines product and service offerings, along with key performance metrics and innovation.

He has held multiple roles on different teams in the bank over the past 22 years, all within the Consumer and Small Business borrowing space. His areas of expertise include competitive intelligence, credit, market research, product development, and product management.

Tom graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service.
