o Rania Succar is the Business Leader driving money movement offerings at Intuit including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Capital and the money movement platform for small businesses. Her team is focused on solving two of the biggest challenges small businesses face: getting access to capital and reducing the time it takes to get paid. Rania’s role allows her to make material, technology-driven improvements for small businesses that also impact the overall economy and payments and lending industries. Before Intuit, she oversaw product commercialization and go-to-market strategy for YouTube’s multi-billion dollar advertising business in North America. Prior to that, Rania was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company where she advised technology, telecom, and banking clients on growth strategies in North America and the Middle East. Rania is also a philanthropist committed to helping Syrian youth through education and entrepreneurship through the nonprofit she co-founded, Jusoor.
