Jeffrey Siminoff
Head of Inclusion & DiversityStripe
Jeffrey Siminoff, is head of Inclusion and Diversity at Stripe, a technology company that builds economic infrastructure for the internet. Businesses of every size—from new startups to public companies like Salesforce and Facebook—use Stripe’s software to accept online payments and run sophisticated financial operations in more than 100 countries.

Prior to joining Stripe, Siminoff led Inclusion & Diversity functions at both Twitter and Apple, where he was recognized as one of "Ten Men Making Waves for Women in Tech." Siminoff and his team prioritized inclusion in people processes, creating more intentionality around what an inclusive culture should be, establishing relationships across the tech industry and organizations, and thinking differently about how both companies showed up outside of their workplace walls.

Earlier in his career, Siminoff managed Global Diversity & Inclusion at Morgan Stanley, where he also led the Pride (LGBTQ) Employee Resource Group, as well as employment law teams in NYC and London. Siminoff began his career in private law firm practice. He graduated from Duke University with a degree in Public Policy Studies and received his law degree from Emory University. In his spare time, he's a self-proclaimed "crazy foodie" and fan of travel and fitness.
