Active advisory is based on a foundation of deep operational experience. Prior to GS Goldman, Glenn was CEO/Chairman of Credibly (2014-2018), a tech-enabled lending platform with Data Science as the core infrastructure, driving outcomes across the entire workflow. With the same Tech/Data layers supporting multiple products/credit profiles, Credibly delivers a product/price at every stage of a borrower’s life-cycle while earning one of the lowest costs of capital in SME lending.

As the CEO of CAN Capital (2001–2013), Glenn and his team built the dominant FinTech platform that pioneered the Merchant Cash Advance, revolutionizing the delivery of capital to SMEs. By solving a big problem in a big way, at the time of his departure, CAN was the largest, most profitable FinTech lender to SMEs in the US.

Prior to CAN Capital, Glenn was Co-President of Merchant Banking at ContiFinancial (1990-1999) managing a $2+ BB portfolio of debt/equity investments across 7 consumer/commercial finance verticals which drove multiple IPO & M&A exits and over $10 BB of asset securitizations.
