Brendan Keane joined Dividend Finance as SVP, Capital Markets in 2017 and is responsible for strengthening the Company’s debt, equity and asset liquidity channels with institutional investors and lenders. Brendan has over 30 years of investment banking, advisory, legal and credit experience. He began his career as a securities attorney at Milbank, Tweed and thereafter was a senior ratings analyst at Moody’s Investors Service. Following Moody’s, Brendan worked as a structured finance banker at Prudential Securities and Credit Suisse, eventually co-heading CS’ Asset-Backed Securities team. After establishing a data & analytics advisory practice at CoreLogic, he led the specialty & structured finance banking teams at Gleacher & Company and Sterne Agee (now Stifel Nicholas). Brendan subsequently founded a financial services advisory practice at the accounting firm EisnerAmper prior to joining Dividend. A frequent industry speaker on specialty finance market issues, Brendan has also written congressional testimony and authored numerous articles and research papers on regulatory issues and fixed income market dynamics, including securitization, credit ratings and related governmental regulation.
