Lariza Galindo

Lariza Galindo is part of IFC, World Bank Group where she is project lead for digital innovation projects. Based in Bogota, Colombia she supports financial institutions in Latin America in their digital transformation and innovation needs with a focus on digital strategy, designing customer-centric organizations, open banking, among others.

Before joining IFC, she worked with Nequi, the first neobank of Colombia, where she designed the digital credit. Also, Lariza was part of one of the most innovative projects in East Africa with Grameen Foundation and Barclays Bank Uganda to deploy their digital savings and credit offer on rural villages.

Lariza has more than 10 years of experience in the financial sector and has worked and lived in Mexico, Spain, Uganda and Colombia. At the same time, she has also mentored entrepreneurs, lectured for universities, and is an active member of the digital ecosystem in Latam.
