What is included in my ticket?
Your ticket includes access to the Conference and Expo Hall. As well as access to the Pub Crawl on 19 November.I am no longer able to attend. What is your cancellation or refund policy?
We allow refunds up to 15 business days prior to the event date. You may cancel your own ticket by clicking through your confirmation email and going to "Modify my Registration." If you are requesting a refund after the 15 business day deadline, we can provide a credit towards a future event or transfer your ticket to a colleague. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for credits and transfers.I am attending on behalf of an event sponsor company, how do I register?
The sponsoring company you represent was sent registration instructions. Please follow up with the respective team member of the sponsoring company for further instructions.I am already registered but discovered a new promotional discount, can I apply this?
Any promotional codes received past the point of registration cannot be used retroactively.Is there a special rate for attending only certain days of the conference?
Your tickets provide you access to all days of the event. We do not offer one-day passes however, the days you wish to attend are up to your discretion.Are there complimentary tickets available for particular types of attendees?
We do offer special discounted pricing for certain attendees including students, government agencies, startups and others. To apply for special pricing, please see the Registration page, register.lendit.com or email email@example.com.Do you ever sell out of tickets?
We do not sell out of tickets however, the earlier you register the lower the ticket price will be. Those who register early are given updates for networking opportunities and early access to our agenda.Why am I charged VAT (value-added tax) on my registration?
VAT is applied to all registrations for our Europe event held in the United Kingdom. The standard VAT fee of 20% is applied to your sub-total cost. Whether you reside in the UK, in the EU or elsewhere, VAT is applied. If you have an United Kingdom VAT ID and wish to obtain a VAT receipt, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your VAT ID number and we will send you a receipt for your records.I need an Invoice of my registration for my Accounting department, where can I find that?
You may print your own invoice by clicking through your confirmation email and going to "Modify my Registration". Once you are there you will see a button that says "Print your Invoice".I need to utilize an alternative payment method. Can LendIt Fintech accommodate invoices or wires?

Unfortunately, the pass you purchased is useable by only one ticket holder. Swapping of passes between conference days is not permitted as it is a security and identity matter.I can no longer attend, can I transfer my pass to a colleague?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to a colleague or business partner. All ticket transfer requests must be submitted in writing 5 business days before the event to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that this ticket is only available for one person to use. You cannot transfer passes after the conference has already started.

LendIt Fintech Europe 2018 will take place from 19 November - 20 November at the Business Design Centre in Islington, London, UK. You can find more information on the location of our venues by going to our Venue page.Is there a shuttle from local airports/train terminals/hotels to the event?
We do not provide transportation services to the Business Design Centre. We have room-blocks at discounted rates at two hotels. You can check out those hotels here. If you live in London or are staying elsewhere, our location is easily accessible using The Tube or by car.Where can I find hotel recommendations and block rates?I have dietary restrictions/food allergies, can you accommodate special requests?
We can accomodate most dietary restrictions. In the registration process we ask for your dietary restrictions and allergy details, which are taken into consideration when planning the catering for our events. If you believe you may have forgotten to notify us during the registration process, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can notify our catering vendor of any potential requests.Does LendIt Fintech assist with invitation letters for those who need a visa to travel and attend?
Yes, we can provide an Invitation Letter once you have registered. Please email email@example.com for assistance. We do not allow professional crews to record or photograph unless they have been screened and approved by the LendIt Fintech Team. However, filming and photography with an attendee's personal electronic device (such as cell-phone, tablet or handheld device) is allowed as long as one refrains from utilizing flash or disrupting the experience of the speaker and fellow delegates.How can I best network at the event?
We have plenty of support for your networking with colleagues, customer prospects, investors, and experts. Networking opportunities include a mobile app with meeting scheduling; dedicated tables for meetings; event VIP support for arranging 1-on-1's, and "power hours" between sessions each morning and afternoon. In order to visit the trade show floor, a ticket must be purchased to our event; there are no "expo only" passes. The mobile app for LendIt Fintech Europe 2018 has yet to be released. Once it is launched, all registered attendees will receive instructions on how to download and log-in.I am having trouble logging into the mobile app.

The exhibit hall is carpeted. Those wishing to build stands will need to protect the carpet from damage. Stand carpet must not be laid or affixed directly to the BDC carpet. Please arrange for all shipments to be sent to the WES/TJM Transport Warehouse beginning on 5 November. If shipment arrives to the warehouse before this date, storage fees will apply. Goods can only be delivered to the Business Design Centre during our posted build-up time. There is only vehicular access to the Loading Bay from Liverpool Road. There are 2 goods lifts in the loading bay for delivery of exhibit materials to stands.

Exhibitors/Contractors should be aware that there are a number of doorways to pass through when taking items from the goods lifts to the Mezzanine. A site survey is advised for any exhibitors/contractors who wish to view the access/egress at the centre.
