Dr. Fangyu Fei is now senior research fellow, professor and supervisor of Ph.D. candidates of China Academy of Financial Research, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is also an executive member of the experts committee of Shanghai Financial Association, member of the academic committee of Lujiazui Institute of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and the vice director of Chinese Industrial Economic Association. Prof. Fei was once the executive dean of school of economics, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and the executive director of V. Smith Experimental Economics Research Center. Prof. Fei is one of the pioneering scholars in China who studies theories of incomplete contract, property rights, finance, corporate management and organizations. His recent research focuses on the marketization reform of China’s financial system, the degree of systematic risk, macro-prudential regulation and RMB internationalization. He has been in charge of a few projects of national fund. Recently, he has been the project leader of the 12th five-year financial development plan of Wenzhou. In addition, he has also published many influential writings and books, and assumed the position of independent director in some listed companies.
