What is included in my ticket?
Your ticket grants you access to the conference and expo hall.I am no longer able to attend. What is your cancellation or refund policy?
We allow refunds up to 15 business days prior to the event date. You may cancel your own ticket by clicking through your confirmation email and going to "Modify my Registration." If you are requesting a refund after the 15-business-day deadline, we can provide a credit towards a future event or transfer your ticket to a colleague. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for credits and transfers.I am attending on behalf of an event sponsor company, how do I register?
The sponsoring company you represent were sent registration instructions. Please follow up with the respective team member of the sponsoring company for further instructions.I am already registered, but discovered a new promotional discount, can I apply this?
Any promotional codes received past the point of registration cannot be used retroactively.Is there a special rate for attending only certain days of the conference?
Your tickets provide you access to all days of the event. We do not offer one-day passes, however the days you wish to attend are up to your discretion.Are there complimentary tickets available for particular types of attendees?
We do offer special discounted pricing for certain attendees including students, government agencies, startups and others. To apply for special pricing, please see the Registration page or email email@example.com.Do you ever sell out of tickets?
We do not sell out of tickets however, the earlier you register the lower ticket price. Also those who register early are given updates for networking opportunites and early access to our agenda.I need an Invoice of my registration for my Accounting department, where can I find that?
You may print your own invoice by clicking through your confirmation email and going to "Modify my Registration". Once you are there you will see a button that says "Print your Invoice".I need to utilize an alternative payment method. Can LendIt accommodate invoices or wires?

Unfortunately, the pass you purchased is useable by only one ticket holder. Swapping of passes between conference days is not permitted.I can no longer attend, can i transfer my pass to a colleague?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to a colleague or business partner. All ticket transfer requests must be submitted in writing 5 business days before the event to email@example.com. Please note that this ticket is only available for one person to use. You cannot transfer passes after the conference has already started.
I can’t locate my registration confirmation email.

This year we are offering two room blocks. One is at the InterContinental San Francisco and the other at the Marriott Marquis | San Francisco. We can accomodate most dietary restrictions. In the registration process we ask for your dietary restrictions and allergy details, which are taken into consideration when planning the catering for our events.Does LendIt assist with invitation letters for those who need a visa to travel and attend?
Yes, we can provide an Invitation Letter once you have registered. Please email email@example.com for assistance. In the case that your appplication is rejected, LendIt will refund you the full ticket price at no fee.To whom can I speak about my company becoming a sponsor of one of your events?My company is an event sponsor. When and how will I receive information about preparation and booth setup?
Our operations team will send you a welcome email with instructions on setting up your booth/space and an exhibitor manual, which will have detailed next-step instructions.I am a confirmed speaker, with whom do I coordinate?

We do not allow professional crews to record or photograph unless they have been screened and approved by the LendIt Team. However, filming and photography with an attendee's personal electronic device (such as cell-phone, tablet or handheld device) is allowed as long as one refrains from utilizing flash or disrupting the experience of the speaker and fellow delegates.Where can I access the Attendee List?

In order to visit the trade show floor, a ticket must be purchased to our event; there are no "expo only" passes. We encourage all delegates to visit our expo floor as it is an excellent place for networking and building relationships with your peers.I'd like to propose a speaker/topic for LendIt's events. All speaker-related inquiries will be obtained by submitting a Speaker Request Form.Will speaker presentation materials be shared?
Yes, speaker PowerPoint presentations will be posted on our Blog following the close of the conference.Will the sessions be videotaped and available to view online?
