Mikael Nabati is a Portfolio Manager with CreditEase’s Offshore Private Credit Fund (OPCF).

OPCF is the first Chinese offshore fund to invest in loans issued by western platforms. The fund is directly managed by CreditEase, a leading Chinese fintech and wealth management firm.

Prior to joining OPCF, Mr. Nabati was a Vice President – Senior Structurer with the Structured Credit desk at Deutsche Bank in NYC. During his time at Deutsche Bank, Mr. Nabati originated, structured, executed, and distributed a wide spectrum of customized credit products across all industries and asset classes, with a focus on illiquid credit, asset-based lending, event-driven and special situations. Before joining Deutsche Bank, Mikael practiced law at Latham & Watkins for 4 years, where he represented investment banks, hedge funds, and PE sponsors in leveraged buyouts and project finance transactions.

Mikael Nabati holds a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School, a Maîtrise en Droit and a Master in International Business Law from the Université de Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a B.A. from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Lyon.
