Dr. Miklós Dietz, CFA, is the leader of the Global Banking Strategy and Corporate Finance group, and the Managing Partner of McKinsey & Company’s Vancouver Office. Since joining the firm in 2001, he has specialized on strategy, sales & marketing, innovation and finance topics. He has lead over 300 projects, in 40 countries. He is also the leader of the McKinsey Panorama, a multinational research center responsible for researching and modelling the global banking markets and innovation landscape while also developing digital solutions. Prior to joining McKinsey, Miklós has been working as a software specialist for Reuters Inc., and as a technology analyst and investment manager for Merrill Lynch in London, Los Angeles and New York.

Miklós obtained an MPhil degree from the University of Cambridge (specialization in finance and econometrics), a J.D. degree from ELTE University and a M.Sc. in Business Administration from the Budapest University of Economic Sciences. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA), member of the CFA Organization. Miklós has been awarded by the Knight`s Cross of Republic by the President of Hungary for his work on financial crisis management.
