Miguel arranges strategic FinTech partnerships and executes acquisitions and divestitures for GE Capital. An experienced commercial leader, Miguel led the $2.4B disposition of the corporate jet financing business sold to Global Jet Capital in 15, the expansion of GE Capital's loyalty program reaching over 3500 firms worldwide, the Working Capital/factoring business in Mexico, and the strategy function for GEC Latin America. Miguel joined GE in 98 as a Financial Management Program associate.

Miguel holds an M.B.A. from Kellogg, a M.S. in international affairs from Georgetown, a bachelor's degree from the UPR.
