Claire Stewart is Director of Research at Mintel, the world’s leading market intelligence agency. Her insights on direct marketing strategies in the lending sector have been prominently recognized by some of the largest financial institutions throughout the U.S. and Canada. In recent years, Claire has focused her research on the alternative lending space, with a particular focus on acquisition and customer engagement tactics. Claire brings ten years of market research industry experience to her current role, and manages the broader research team at Mintel Comperemedia, which reports on marketing trends across the entire financial services spectrum.

Claire received her Master’s in Business Administration from DePaul University in 2012, with an emphasis in Brand Management.
