Jonathan Lipkin
Director Public Policy, The Investment Association
Jonathan is responsible for public policy at The Investment Association, the trade body for the UK investment management industry. His role combines policy development and advocacy with analysis and research insight to support the wider work of the Association. His team produces a range of publications, including detailed monthly fund statistics and the annual Asset Management Survey. Alongside a broad focus on the evolution of the investment management industry, he has a particular interest in UK long-term savings and pensions policy. He writes and speaks regularly on these subjects in the UK and abroad.

Prior to joining the IMA in 2005, he worked for a number of years at Oxford Analytica, an international consultancy, leading its European political and economic analysis. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Centre for Asset Management Research at Cass Business School, London and a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
